Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of limovail.com and to every quote, booking and trip provided by B-LineXpress LLC ("Limo Vail", "we", "us"). By using the website or booking with us, you agree to them.

Quotes and bookings

• A quote is an estimate based on the details you give us and is valid for the period stated with it. It is not a booking.
• A booking is confirmed only when we send you a confirmation. Please check it and tell us straight away if anything is wrong.
• You are responsible for giving accurate pickup and drop-off details, times, passenger numbers, luggage and flight information. Changes may alter the price and are subject to availability.
• If you book for other people, you confirm you are authorised to do so and that they accept these terms.

Prices and payment

• Prices are shown or quoted in the local currency and may include or exclude taxes, fees, tolls, parking and gratuity as stated at the time of booking.
• We may place a hold on, or charge, your payment card when you book, and charge the final amount after the trip, including any agreed extras such as additional waiting time, extra stops or changes made on the day.
• Account and corporate customers may be invoiced on agreed terms. Late payments may be subject to charges where the law allows.

Changes, cancellations and no-shows

The cancellation and change policy that applies to your trip is the one stated in your quote or booking confirmation. If you cancel late, or are not at the pickup location within the included waiting time and cannot be reached, the trip may be charged in full. If we must cancel, we will tell you as soon as possible and refund what you have paid for that trip.

Waiting time, delays and flights

Your confirmation states the waiting time included. We monitor scheduled flights for airport pickups on a best-efforts basis and adjust where we can, but we are not responsible for delays caused by airlines, traffic, weather, road closures or other events outside our control, and extended waiting may be charged.

Passengers and conduct

• Passengers must follow the chauffeur's safety instructions and the law, including wearing seat belts. Children must travel in an appropriate child seat; tell us in advance if you need one.
• Smoking, illegal substances and behaviour that endangers or harasses the chauffeur or others are not permitted. The chauffeur may end a trip for safety reasons, and the full fare remains payable.
• Damage to a vehicle, or cleaning required beyond normal use, may be charged to the person who made the booking.
• Luggage and personal items are carried at the passenger's risk. Please check the vehicle before leaving; we will try to return items left behind but cannot guarantee it.

Vehicles and partners

We will provide the vehicle class you booked or a comparable or better one. Some trips may be carried out by licensed partner operators on our behalf; the same terms apply.

Messages

By giving us your phone number and email, you agree that we may contact you about your quotes and trips, including by text message. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop text messages.

Liability

We carry the insurance required by law for the services we provide. To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as missed flights, connections, events or appointments, and our total liability for any trip is limited to the amount paid for that trip. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for failing to perform, or for delays, caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including severe weather, road or airport closures, accidents, strikes, public health measures or government action.

Using the website

You may use the website only for lawful purposes and for making genuine enquiries and bookings. Its content, logos and images belong to us or our licensors and may not be copied for commercial use without permission. We try to keep the information on the website accurate but do not guarantee it is complete or current.

Governing law and changes

These terms are governed by the laws of the state or country where our business is based, and disputes will be handled by the courts there unless the law gives you the right to bring them elsewhere. We may update these terms; the version in force when you book applies to that booking.
