Contact details you give us: your name, email address, phone number and, if you book for a company, its name.
Trip details: pickup and drop-off addresses, dates and times, passenger count, flight numbers, luggage, and any notes or special requests.
Account details, if you create an account: your login, saved addresses and booking history.
Payment information. Card payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store full card numbers on our systems.
Communications: messages, emails and texts between you and us.
Technical information collected automatically when you use the website, such as your browser type, pages visited and approximate location derived from your IP address, and information from cookies (see below).

How we use it

To answer quote requests, confirm and carry out bookings, and assign a chauffeur and vehicle.
To send confirmations, reminders, receipts and trip updates by email or text message.
To track flights for airport pickups and adjust for delays.
To take payment, issue refunds and keep financial records.
To run, secure and improve the website and our service.
To send occasional offers, only where you have agreed or the law allows. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any marketing email.
To meet legal, tax, insurance and regulatory obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as needed to provide the service:

Chauffeurs, and partner transportation companies when a trip is carried out by one of our affiliates, who receive the details needed to complete your trip.
Service providers who work on our behalf: payment processing, email and text message delivery, mapping and address lookup, flight tracking, website hosting, and analytics.
Authorities, insurers or advisers where the law requires it, or to protect the safety of passengers, chauffeurs or the public.
A buyer or successor, if our business is sold or merged.

We keep booking and payment records for as long as needed to provide the service and to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. Quote requests that do not become bookings, and marketing preferences, are kept only as long as they are useful or until you ask us to delete them.
